Anthony “Tony” Senerchia, Sr. is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur with a career spanning over 25 years. He is licensed to practice law in multiple states and is the CEO and Founder of both Senerchia & Senerchia PC and Dimension National Title.
Tony earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Roger Williams University in 1993 and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 1999. His passion for independence and led him to begin his legal career in Massachusetts, gaining admission to the state bar in 2001 and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts the same year. In 2002, he was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Tony expanded his practice to Delaware in 2007 and Rhode Island in 2008, securing admission to those state bars. In 2009, he was admitted to the bar in Connecticut as well as the U.S. District Court of Rhode Island and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is currently an active member of the state bar associations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Delaware.
Tony believes that providing exceptional service is a must in the legal industry, and every client that comes in and leaves with a smile is what motivates him. His core values - including transparency, honesty, respect, and integrity – are the greatest professional influences shaping his approach. However, providing exceptional client service is paramount, and he believes that outstanding leadership is necessary to build a great team.
Outside of work, Tony is passionate about cars, enjoying both building and racing them as a longtime hobby. He believes his leadership abilities are key to building a great team and considers this a strength that makes him awesome at his profession.

Andrew Senerchia is an accomplished attorney at Senerchia & Senerchia P.C., his family's law firm, and President of Dimension National Title. He cites his parents as his greatest professional influences, instilling in him a core value of simply doing his job to the utmost ability.
Andrew's impressive legal credentials begin with his education at Roger Williams University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in 2015 and later a Juris Doctor, also summa cum laude, in 2018. He is admitted to the bars of Rhode Island (2018), Massachusetts (2019), and Connecticut (2020), as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island (2019). Achieving summa cum laude multiple times demonstrates his dedication to excellence.
An active member of professional legal associations, Andrew has been involved with the Rhode Island Bar Association since 2018, the Massachusetts Bar Association since 2019, and the Connecticut Bar Association since 2020.
While work keeps him busy advocating for his clients at Senerchia & Senerchia P.C. and conducting closings with Dimension National Title, Andrew makes time for his hobbies and interests outside the office. He is a self-professed golf enthusiast, even though he admits his skills on the course leave something to be desired! He is also an avid reader of historical nonfiction and has a passion for cars.
Through it all, Andrew remains driven by his parents' example and the simple principle of working hard to achieve excellence in his chosen profession. The family legacy continues with him at the helm of Dimension National Title and as a trusted Attorney with Senerchia & Senerchia P.C.
KAREN SENERCHIA | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Karen Senerchia's journey to becoming the CFO of Dimension National Title is a tale of determination, passion, and unwavering commitment to her family and career. Born from a deep-seated love for bookkeeping and nurtured by an influential friend from her high school days, Karen's path was set toward the financial realm early on. Despite the immediate need to enter the workforce, she pursued her education in accounting with relentless zeal, attending night classes at CCRI before transferring to Johnson & Wales University. There, she not only completed her undergraduate studies but also achieved her MBA at the age of 40, a testament to her dedication and perseverance.
Karen's professional journey began in a dual role as a secretary and bookkeeper, where her affinity for numbers quickly turned into a vocation. Her commitment to her craft and her family's American dream led her to make a pivotal decision when faced with a relocation request from Bank of America. Choosing to stay grounded in her roots, she joined her husband in his venture, bringing her expertise in accounting to the table. This decision marked the beginning of a two-decade-long tenure with Dimension National Title, where she has been instrumental in steering the company towards success.
At the heart of Karen's professional ethos is an exceptional commitment to customer service, a value she lives by every day. Her approach, best described as "killing the customer with kindness," underscores the importance she places on positive interactions and the personal touch she brings to her work. He is often featured on our social media and in the community visiting local companies and industry professionals, giving him the nickname "Manny on the Move."
As a licensed Realtor in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Manny brings a wealth of experience and passion to his dual roles. His eight-year tenure in real estate has allowed him to forge meaningful relationships across the spectrum, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Manny's expertise extends to assisting clients in various capacities, whether it's helping families find their first home, guiding the purchase of second homes, or collaborating with investors on property acquisitions and renovations.
